For Boards and Directors D&O, and PI, Insurance is something we all hope we do not have to call upon but, if we do, is the cover we have fit for purpose and how readily accessible is it if needed?
This seminar will examine the cover and liability management in today’s market. FPAS is an independent service to be offered by Thorndon, the development of which was facilitated by GIFA .This is a service that many GIFA NEDs have expressed there is a need for and I therefore look forward to presenting FPAS to you together with my fellow panellists:
Robin Fuller of Guernsey Funds Consultancy Ltd,
Jonathan Bates of Thorndon, and
Colin Wannell, also of Thorndon
FPAS will be of particular interest to NEDs and Administrators/Company Secretaries. By way of reminder, for Guernsey Fund Boards and NEDs, FPAS is an independent monitoring and support service to enhance risk management and prevent financial losses, customised to the unique needs of the GIFA membership. FPAS focuses on indemnity and insurance entitlements for the directors, applicable during the annual cycle of reporting and renewing D&O and PI insurances, and as a support resource when new risks emerge.
The event will be held at St Pierre Park Hotel commencing at 16.30 on Thursday 13th December at St Pierre Park Hotel. If you wish to attend, please register here.
