The NED Forum LBG is holding a workshop on Regulatory Responses to Climate Change and has kindly opened the event to GIFA NED Members.
This workshop will describe how financial regulators are approaching climate change. It will outline the regulatory view on the challenges that climate change brings to their objectives and possible consequent responses. Whilst focusing on bank and insurance regulation, the scope indirectly covers all other types of regulated firms.
The workshop will be given by Jeremy Quick, Director of Banking and Insurance. Jeremy has worked at the GFSC since 2007. He also represents the GFSC on various international committees.
The event will be held on Wednesday 1 April 2020 at Les Cotils starting at 12:00 until 14:00. If you wish to attend you can register here. There is no cost to attendance.
